Last week, japanese researchers reported they have discovered a new technique to record DVD's. Based upon a new material, the storage capacity is 1.000.000 times the storage cxapacity of today's DVD, 4.7Gb. The researchers stated that the media would sustain rewriting the media 1.000.000 times. It will take appr. 10 years before the first consumer products will enter the marketplace.
